In the 2 weeks before the rebuild:

What was BROKEN:

We simplified and improved the lead capture:

  • clearer form fields (less confusion)
  • a few qualification questions (better lead quality)
  • WhatsApp click-to-chat placed properly
  • confirmation/thank-you message (so leads don’t disappear after submitting)

Tracking set up properly (no more guessing)
We implemented a clean measurement setup:

  • GA4 events (form submit, WhatsApp click, call click)
  • Pixel/events verification (so ads optimization is real)

Retargeting added (recover warm traffic)
We built retargeting audiences and ads for:

  • visitors who viewed the page but didn’t enquire
  • people who engaged but didn’t submit

Retargeting turned “almost customers” into actual enquiries.

Mobile-first cleanup (because most buyers are on phone)
We improved readability, spacing, speed baseline, and CTA visibility on mobile.

RESULT

Within 4 weeks:

  • Weekly enquiries increased by 47% (64/week → 94/week)
